February 2010 Chapter Meeting :

We had a great turnout for the meeting this month, more than 80 officers and auxiliary members were at the DAV for a great lunch and to hear Chris Kuehl discuss the latest on the economy and world events that surely do and/or may affect us all.



Prior to lunch Vic Christianson works the room to sell tickets for the monthly raffle for a free lunch at the next meeting.



Sometimes he makes more than one circuit of the room and he has an uncanny way of knowing if there is still money in the wallet. All he needs to know is how many you want.



If you look carefully at the upper right corner of the photo you will see Vic at work in yet another corner of the room.

Before the lunch began, Col Snyder asked Norm Sowell to introduce the medals that are given to members of the local ROTC groups.

Ever popular Chris Kuehl was bit by Col Snyder's humor bug and entertained the group with some marvelous impressions.

But he also maintained a sober stance to explain some of the goings-on in the world that can and will have an impact on the U.S.
